My husband and I have just returned home to Ireland after staying in your hotel for a week. The accommodation was lovely. The bungalow was very large and cleaned daily. The food was magnificent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The gardens were lovely and pool area was very clean. The staff in this hotel are very proud of their positions and work very hard to ensure the guests are very happy. The Managers were always present and making sure the guests were happy with the services. We have stayed in many Hotels in Lanzarote over the last twenty years. We feel this Hotel should be rated a five star. We hope to return in July 2024. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and for the wine and treats in our bungalow for my husbands birthday.

My husband and I are just home on 17/11/23 . We were there for a week and unfortunately for the week I was very ill. I just wanted to leave a review for the amazing staff that work in this hotel. I was unable to eat so they sent fresh water and fruit to the room for me. When I needed them to clean the room even on a Sunday they were there. The reception staff absolutely looked after my husband and me. My husband has mobility issues and they made every effort to help him with his meals and any other problems we encountered. Also I suffer with depression and unfortunately this flared up while I was sick but the reception lady Ana did everything in her power to help. I would like to thank each and everyone them. Especially Ana for her kind understanding. Although our holiday was ruined we will definitely be returning to the hotel to have the holiday we planned. Just a mention the cleanliness and pools and facilities were fantastic and the bungalows were ideal. So thank you all.🥰🙂🥰

We stayed as a couple in November 2022. Location perfect, 10 min walk to beach and shops. Cleanliness fantastic, bar staff amazing and spoiled for choice with food. Sadly as it was the end of season there was very little entertainment of an evening but we were more than happy to relax and enjoy a few drinks of an evening. I will definitely return

We have just had the most amazing holiday at HL club. We are seriously considering coming back next year but for 10days instead of 7!! The staff are all so friendly and helpful but I have to give a special mention to Rasiel from the animation team he was amazing and made my kids holiday!! The hotel is spotless. It would be great to have a small dust pan & brush in the bungalow for the days we go to the beach so we can sweep up any that falls from our shoes as the sand get’s everywhere. The food is amazing and so much choice too. I loved that there were chefs at every station keeping an eye on food and replenishing as soon as needed. The home Meade pizzas were a huge hit too and really are very tasty. The sunbed situation is a little frustrating, often families would have towels down and not use the beds until 3pm leaving some people just sat on chairs. We had to be up at 6.30/7 to be able to get a sunbed. We will definitely return!!

We've spent amazing family break time here! 10 mins walk to the shopping passages and beaches, delicious wide range food at hotel restaurant & pool bar, very friendly hard working Staff, very nice bungalow. Price always could be lower...
